For a person who's nervous and anxious, billingham dental is amazing. My dentist Charlotte who deals with me, is amazing very understanding always makes me feel relaxed and calms me down. Staff are very friendly and polite
As an older lady who is terrified of dentists my experience has been perfect. After some not so nice visits to dentists previously I decided to brave Billingham Dental before I gave up completely.My treatment plan is not yet complete, however words aren’t enough to describe being able to smile again or look in a mirror with a lot more confidence. (Tears of delight were shed)Can’t thank Neal and his team enough fortheir amazing talent and professionalism.I was made to feel at ease and every step is explained in detail. I went for my appointment today, the receptionist staff are so welcoming and amazing always happy and approachable. Charlotte amazing did my teeth and had sedationalways puts me at ease just so lucky to be a NHS patient

Well my first experience over the phone today with this dentist to ask if I could be a patient, was just lovely, helpful and informative and I’m now on their waiting list. The receptionist could not have been more helpful even ringing me back to see if I could get in now to get a scale and polish if I paid for it Thank you so much. 16th August 2022
Lovely clean and friendly dentist. Very efficient - In 20 minutes I had filled in new patient forms, had an x-ray, 2 injections (which didn’t hurt at all) and a tooth extracted! Importantly, I had no pain at all and whilst it’s a very professional setting, it is unusually relaxed and calm from the front desk to the dentist’s chair! Everyone is smiling! Thank you all very much! 💜
