He qualified from the University of Liverpool Dental School in 1998 and moved back to the North East to start his career.
Over the last 20 years, Craig has practised NHS dentistry in the region and built up considerable experience in the provision of high-quality dental care across a wide variety of NHS dental services. Having worked as an associate dentist across four practices during this time and providing foundation training to newly qualified dentists for over 10 years.
Throughout his career, Craig has also been dedicated to postgraduate education. He was awarded membership of the joint dental faculties (MJDF) in 2008 and subsequently in 2011, completed a Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Professional Practice from the University of Central Lancashire.
Craig has a busy family life with two boys aged 12 and 9.
He is a keen sportsman, enjoying kitesurfing and cycling when he has time away from his boy’s football matches!
